Psalm 19:1-2 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. (NIV)

I have never enjoyed the mountains like I have this year! However I was not expecting the "signs and wonders" which He showed me. Yesterday the waterfall was as full and fiercely flowing as I remember it last time. This visit included time to sit in the waiting chairs and become mesmerized by the flow of water. The view was waiting just for us.

As I watched the cascading waters and the directions they were flowing, God directed my eyes to the top of the ledge. The water began from one source. As it flowed, it showed 3 distinct sections made by huge boulders.

Towards the bottom, the waters reunited into a shallow water-gathering pool. The message of unity with the Trinity! Spiritually there is one source - God - showing three manifestations for the purpose of God’s plan - Father, Son, Holy Spirit - and then the never-ending unity of the three.

This morning’s walk was as serene as could be with the sounds of nature.

The gravel road is lined with a variety of deciduous trees. As my Father usually does, He directed my eyes to the leaf of a tulip tree. There was the Trinity again! Three distinct sections comprising one leaf which was attached to the limb and then to the direct source - the main tree trunk. Another "sign and wonder" for me!

Later my Father showed me one more "sign and wonder". The fire pit below looks like an awesome place to cook S’mores (and it is!), but God showed me that it represents the Trinity. The 3 benches as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are surrounding the center source of light (God) as the fire pit.

Acts 8:13 Even Simon himself believed; and after being baptized, he continued on with Philip, and as he observed signs and great miracles taking place, he was constantly amazed. (NLT)

God is indeed all around us, but we have to look through our spiritual eyes! Oh what things God wants to share with us and wants us to see! I will always be amazed at the "signs and wonders" He shows me!!

Thanks for stopping by,

Rachel
